Nanny for a 1,5 years old boy

We have an 17 months old son, called N. I am currently pregnant with our second son (due date 28.06.2025). Our main goal is to find someone now that N can slowly get used to so that when the baby comes we can have regular support from a babysitter/nanny when we have 2 kids. We would like to find someone who N can bond with, slowly increasing the amount of time and interactions that he has with the babysitter/nanny. N is a happy child, running a lot. Current hobbies: animals, construction side vehicles, books (he loves books), dancing. N is learning how to speak, saying a lot of words in English, German and Polish. We are a mixed family: I am Polish and my husband is German but we communicate in English. Our preferences: - someone with a good English (you can speak in German to N if you wish but English is still an important language to us) - available long-term (at least a year) for regular support 1-2 times a week (perhaps more often when the baby comes) - genuinely willing to bond with our son, it is our main priority that N is comfortable with the person.
