Nanny and house help for our 1.5 years old daughter (25-30 hours per week)

We are looking for a nanny for our 1.5 years old daughter starting from May 2025, for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday every week. We are ideally looking for someone that speaks either Italian or French, plus understands German/English. We are looking for someone sunny, very reliant, down to earth, connected to nature that sees this not only as a job, but really enjoys spending time with children. We are looking for someone willing to also help in the house (some cooking/running errands, laundry and ironing, tiding up, changing the beds). Please note that we have a cleaning help, so cleaning is not requested except for in the rare exceptions where our cleaning lady is sick. We are a Swiss/Italian, French/American couple with our beloved daughter of 1.5 years. The usual working hours will be somewhere between 8.30 am and 6.30 pm, but it would be great to find someone that could stay longer in exceptions or sometimes babysit in the evening/weekend (very rare).
